2. Subscription Cancellations

Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Jobbe account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, ensuring uninterrupted access to your data and tools.

Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, all subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect from the next renewal date. No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time on the current plan.

3. Fair-Use Refund Policy (First Purchase Only)

We offer a 7-day fair-use refund window applicable only to your first paid subscription.

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment if:

You experienced significant technical issues affecting core Jobbe features (e.g., resume parsing, job matching, or automated applying).

Our technical team was unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.

Refunds are not applicable to renewals, upgrades, promotional pricing, or accounts that have already benefited from prior refunds.
