b. Automatic Renewals All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

c. Cancellation and Refunds You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our official Cancellation & Refund Policy or as required by applicable U.S. law.

5. Fair Use Policy

Jobbe.io implements a Fair Use Policy to ensure system integrity and equitable access for all users. Excessive or abusive automation (e.g., mass job applications beyond reasonable limits) may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions. We reserve the right to monitor system activity and act against misuse.

6. AI Processing and Automation Consent

By using Jobbe.io automation tools, you consent to our system analyzing and optimizing your job-related materials (resumes, cover letters, profiles, etc.). Jobbe.io performs automated job applications on your behalf to supported job boards or portals. You understand and agree that Jobbe.io does not guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes. The platform assists your job search but does not replace your personal judgment or due diligence.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy matters to us. All data is handled in compliance with U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. We use encryption, secure servers, and other industry-standard measures to protect your personal information. 8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jobbe.io for:

Posting or transmitting false, deceptive, or misleading information.

Violating any applicable laws, job board policies, or third-party terms.

Uploading viruses or malware or engaging in unauthorized system access.

Spamming employers or misusing automated application features.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks on Jobbe.io are the exclusive intellectual property of Jobbe Technologies, LLC, protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Jobbe.io solely for lawful personal or business purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any Jobbe.io materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

Jobbe.io is not liable for any loss of income, employment opportunity, or data resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. We are not responsible for third-party system failures, job board restrictions, or employer decisions.

In no event shall Jobbe.io’s total liability exceed the amount you paid within the last billing cycle for the affected service.

We may revise or update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Jobbe.io after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or applicable laws. Your usage harms Jobbe.io, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use Jobbe.io will cease immediately. Fees paid are non-refundable, except as outlined in our refund policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

  We confirm that our legal business name is Jobbe. We are updating our Terms and Conditions to clearly include “Jobbe” as the official business entity name to ensure transparency and compliance.
